Overview
You can cancel your Früiio Premium or Business subscription at any time — no questions asked, no fees. This page explains exactly how cancellation works and what to expect afterwards.
How to Cancel
- Open the Früiio app or go to fruiio.com and sign in
- Go to Account → Membership
- Tap Cancel plan and confirm
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. Your renewal date is shown in Account → Membership.
What Happens After You Cancel
- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after that date
- Your account reverts to the free Basic plan — your plants, logs, and posts are all kept
- Basic plan limits apply from that point (10 Vera scans per month, no Premium features)
Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time from Account → Membership and everything will be right where you left it.
App Store Subscriptions
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must cancel through Apple or Google directly.
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Früiio → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Früiio → Cancel
